Employment Opportunities At Mid-Pacific Institute

High School Biology Teacher, full-time, 2008-2009 school year. Requires a bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited university or college and teaching experience in biological sciences.

Middle School Language Arts Teacher, full-time. Teach Language Arts for the 2008-2009 school year. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Language Arts or English from an accredited university or college and a minimum of three years teaching experience with an emphasis in Middle School Language Arts.

Middle School Math Teacher, full-time. Teach Mathematics for the 2008-2009 school year. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Mathematics from an accredited university or college. Three to five years teaching experience with an emphasis in Middle School Mathematics preferred. Experience working on integrated curricular teams preferred.

Temporary Middle School Math Teacher, full-time. Teach Mathematics for the 2008-2009 school year only. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Mathematics from an accredited university or college. Three to five years teaching experience with an emphasis in Middle School Mathematics preferred. Experience working on integrated curricular teams preferred.

All teaching positions require a Bachelor’s degree in subject or related area from an accredited university or college and one year teaching experience in subject preferably at the secondary level. Candidate must be a team player and have good organizational and communication skills.
