More Big Island Information

Please make sure you have checked your child's white envelope. It contains important information concerning our upcoming trip. Included in the packet are the following: packing list, flight list, chaperone list, final itinerary, and medical release form. Please read over these items carefully. When reading over the chaperone list, please check to see if you will be chaperoning any children other than your own. If your child is being chaperoned by another parent, we suggest that you contact that parent prior to the trip with any reminders regarding your child. A final rooming list will be sent out next week. Also, please note that the medical release form is due as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the information packet or the trip in general, please let me know.
