Book Report Presentations

Book report presentations are in full swing, and we are all enjoying the creative work each student has put into their visual aid and speech. The purpose of this book report is to share and advertise a book with the class so that others will want to read it. Another purpose of the book report is to help the students be comfortable speaking to a group using a clear speaking voice with inflection, making eye contact with the audience, and being prepared/organized to respond to questions and comments from their peers with ease. So far, the presenations have been outstanding and have several of us intrigued about a new author and series of books!
