Hawai`i Island trip information

Today two flyers concerning our trip to Hawai`i Island will be given to the students. The first flyer has to do with ordering t-shirts. This year we will be printing two t-shirts for everyone attending the trip. Everyone attending the trip will be required to wear the shirts. Please fill out the order form and return it to school by tomorrow, Friday, February 9. I apologize for the short notice, but we need to put our order in as soon as possible so that we get the shirts back in time. Please include the sizes for everyone in your family going on the trip. There is no additional payment required for the shirts.

The second flyer is an order form for lunch on the first day. Because of our itinerary, there isn't time to stop somewhere for lunch when we first arrive in Hilo. Therefore, we usually require everyone to bring their own lunch. In order to make the trip easier for everyone, we decided to order Zippy's Zip Pacs for everyone. The Zip Pac includes mahi mahi, fried chicken, spam, teriyaki beef, and rice with furikake. The price of the Zip Pac has already been included in the trip fees, so there is no need for additional payment. You are more than welcome to bring your own lunch if you do not care for the Zip Pac. Please complete the order form and have your child bring it back to school.
