Homework sheet for the week of 2/5/07 and spelling list #13

Please talk to your child about the play we watched today, A Thousand Cranes. and ask him/her what we learned. The play is based on the true story of a young girl named Sadako and how she was affected by the bombing of Hiroshima. We will discuss the play throughout the week in class.

Here is this week's homework sheet and spelling list. I did not get a chance to pass back the third graders' Wordly Wise books today, so they will have one extra day to complete their work. I will pass back their books tomorrow.
