Christmas Program Info
The MPI Elementary School Christmas program will be on Wednesday, December 19, at 6:00 p.m. in Bakken Auditorium. Kindergarten students must wear multicolored red, green, and white (holiday colors). Boys need to wear black/navy slacks and a collared shirt (no t-shirts). Girls need to wear sandals with a back strap, no crocs.Mrs. Koshi is looking for parent volunteers: stage decorators, ticket ushers, and break-down crew. If you are available to help, please email Mrs. Koshi at dkoshi@midpac.edu.

Inquiry: Insects
Last week we began our inquiry unit on insects. We learned that many creatures - - spiders, scorpions, centipedes, and millipedes - - are often thought to be insects but are not. Insects have six legs and three body parts; these creatures do not. The unit will lead us to discussions about the differences between living and not living, plants vs. animals, and life cycles. "What do you want to learn about insects?"
