Space Inquiry
T.K: “There are more planets than one.”
L.B.: “The sun is close to all the planets.”
S.S.: “Jupiter is a gas planet.”
K.P.: “The moon is a rock.”
S.D.: “There is 10 or 9 planets up in space. The sun is a star.”
T.M.: “Pluto is the farthest planet. The sun is the biggest star.”
Z.J: “Pluto is the smallest planet.”
K.Y.: “The moon is close to the earth.”
B.M.: “When it is daytime, the moon goes behind the hills. When it is nighttime, the sun goes behind the hills.”
B.W.: “All of the planets are not close together. Space is bigger than Hawai’i.”
M.F.: “The sun reflects, and it makes a reflection on the earth. The moon does the same thing as the sun.”
K.S.T.: “All planets are colorful.”
T.P.T.: “Venus is very hot.”
C.H.: “Do not touch the sun because it can burn you.”
C.L.: “The sun travels around the earth when it is someone’s birthday.”

B.W.: “How come the moon cannot be outside when it is morning and how come the sun cannot be out when it is night? Why is it called space? Why can’t all of the planets have rings around them? Why are planets called different names?”
K.S.T.: “Why is the earth colorful? Why did they call the moon 'moon'?”
M.F.: “How come we need the sky? Why are stars bright?”
S.D.: “Why is the sun so hot? Why is the sun so big? How come Uranus is tilted on its side? What is inside the sun? How come stars are shiny?”
C.L.: “Why is the moon so cold? How come rocks are in outer space?”
C.H.: “How does the sun go around the earth? How do meteors fly into our planet?”
K.P.: “How many planets are there?”
T.P.T: “Why is the sun hot?”
K.Y.: “Is the moon close to earth? Why is a star yellow?”
T.M.: “Why do they call the sun a sun? Where did they come up with the name? Why do some planets have rings around them?”
