A couple of changes:
1. Our Daily Happenings are now posted outside our classroom by the door.
2. You may have noticed our classroom looks a little bare; we took down our beautiful fabric and fall leaves to comply with fire safety regulations. We will be ordering "fire safe" fabrics and hope to have our creative, comforting, cozy learning environment back soon.
The party planners made a collaborative drawing of a unicorn pinata. It's very colorful!

KO shared more items from a nature walk she took with her mom, Colleen. Mom gave KO the option of going to the zoo, but KO chose the nature walk!

TR quickly drew a still life of a vase of fuchsia flowers. Ms. Leigh asked her to slow down and really look at the flowers. The before and after drawings are amazing!

We finally watched our videos from our "rainbow world" experience. The pictures are posted in our dramatic play area.

We put out recycled materials so the children could build with different things.

Clay creations continued throughout the week. The children discovered new techniques for manipulating the clay.

Our class collected about 10 Christmas boxes for Operation Christmas Child. Thank you! MF and BW helped Ms. Laura collect the boxes from all the classrooms.
