Auction Table Painting Update - Mrs. Fukumoto's Class

The children have been strategically taping off lines on the table to allow for more controlled painting. The children consider the squares of paint to be the "first layer" as it is still undetermined what the final design of the table will be. Finding it difficult to agree on the subject design of the table, the children have enjoyed the abstract work.

This table painting is an extension of their color harmony and color theory studies. The children agree that there is an "uncountable number of colors in the world," and have a head start on mixing all the colors as they recycle leftover paints from other classes.
