Mid-Pacific's compensation is competitive with other independent schools of relative size on the island. Total employee compensation includes the value of both the benefits and salary.

Mid-Pacific provides professional development and learning opportunities to enhance one's pedagogical practice. Mid-Pacific encourages faculty to attend national and state conferences to increase their fluency in instructional practices and to foster professional networking. Faculty are offered the opportunity to apply for sabbaticals, learn from educational consultants during professional development days, and discuss with their peers pedagogical practice, assessment, and student engagement.
